After a five and a half month wait my Antara has arrived and it's lovely, complete with spare wheel and towing accessories I hope the pictures do it justice.

Looks good. Love the number plate.

All you need now is bigger roads to drive it on.

What are you going to do when most of us can take their Antara for a blast up the motorway to clean the dpf.

I am off to France on Monday, pick up my caravan, then ferry to UK up to the midlands,then back down to the ferry and on to Santander Northern Spain. After that it's a drive across Spain to the Mediterranean near Valencia and then a saunter up through Spain and France back up to Brittany where I store the caravan and then ferry back to Guernsey home. That should give the DPF a good run and we will see how it goes. Alternatively I could just keep driving round the coast road for a couple of days, but since we have a blanket speed limit here of 35 miles an hour I don't think it would work do you.

Will be fine, as long as you keep the engine "screaming" away in first or second to keep the revs around 2k rpm.

LOL you get about a bit. So if we come to Guernsey and we see a white Antara it will be you. Actually do you know how many Antara owners their are on the island. You could have your own club

I have been to Jersey a few times but only once to Guernsey on a day trip on the catamaran form Jersey.
Great fun driving in Jersey when you meet another car coming the other way it just like up in the highlands. So you dont have any drag strips like 5 mile road in Jersey lol.
