Hey Jeff what Arnold Clark was it ? ( Stirling ) my dear departed mother-in law used to be in a nursing home in Cumbernauld in Abbortsford Road used to visit Cumbernauld quite a lot it's about 18 miles from were I stay.

Bought my antara exclusive 3weeks ago from Arnold Clark , salesman very helpful , introduced me to service manager to arrange to get b/c working ! Problem ! Gm mdi not able to activate , service manager & workshop foreman couldn't understand why? After lengthy discussions sm said he would contact tech dept to try & sort problem and would phone me next day. True to his word he phoned me at 3pm today , told me car needed software update, told me to come in anytime & they would fit it in!!! Took car in at 4pm out by 4.45pm with car all washed & bc in full working order.
I know "Arnold shark" gets a lot of bad reviews but I can only speak as I find and the service I received from start to finish has been first class

Hi wilma, it was Hamilton road mount vernon in Glasgow , I live in craigmarloch , don't really know Cumbernauld that well , after all we've "only" lived here 12years or so!!!
Hehe that's as bad as us we have lived in west lothian for 22 or 23 years and still don't know places lol
