I’m new to this I’ve got 62 plate Antara AWD exec can I put 235/60/R18 tyres on it.

Well it's certainly legal if that's what you mean.
I m not very good at this
My Mrs has had to have Four brand new tyres on her Land Rover evoque they are 235/60/R18
Both our wheel sizes are the same.
Her will be handed back in the next couple of months so I was wondering can I put those tyres on mine.

You're OK to fit the 235/60/R18 tyres to your Antara, they'll be slightly "taller" they'll increase the ride height slightly and raise the overall gearing (if you've got an automatic you might even find that beneficial) and since you're changing all 4 tyres it won't affect your 4x4 system.

The important thing is that it won't materially affect your speedometer readings. By law you cannot fit wheel/tyre combinations which cause the speedometer to under-read - you can over-read as much as you like but not under-read. See attached graph.
