I am trying to install user POI's on my touch and connect sat nav,I have copied pocketworldgps POI's onto a USB stick, when I place stick in USB port on car screen shows a message USB device detected, please wait.I then go into navigation menu, but load user POI's is grayed out, I then click remove user POI's from system, but download user POI's is still grayed. Does anyone have any suggestions....memory stick is formatted as FAT32.

Hi Bennyc27, when you downloaded the pocketworldgps POI's, did you just copy across one file as if you copy across all of them it will fail as I found out when first tried.Put usb stick in and you should have a box come up with usb device detected, you should then be asked on screen do you wish to download POI's to device, touch yes and just wait for line to go across and when complete box will go.
