Stereo woes

Hi all. I'm new to the forum and to Antara ownership. My 2008 Irmscher model is fitted with thE CD30MP3 head unit. My problem is the sound quality is shocking. The speaker in the rear drivers side door works perfectly but the other 3 doors sound like tweeters and have no bass tones what so ever. The garage I bought the car from are telling me this is normal and due to having a "passive sound system"

I'm 100% certain this isn't the case. Does anyone have any ideas?

try going through the settings, alter the fader and balance to see if you can notice any difference. If you cannot tell the difference, you may have a fault and it will definately identify which speaker is at fault
