If I switch to media mode or one of the radio bands, the arrow buttons work to change track or channel.
I'm pretty sure these buttons used to work in all modes, including Map mode, so I'm thinking the garage have made a cock up when they had my car in recently to try to fix my heater. I suspect they may have made a mistake when they reconnected the dashboard assembly when the put it all back together again.
Can one of you kind folks please check if your up and down arrows work to change music tracks while the display is in map mode? I don't want to go back to the dealer with this if this is how it's supposed to work. I don't use the built in satnav much, so can't really remember how it worked before the work was done on my heater.
