The long range weather forecast is predicting upto 8 inches of snow for my neck of the woods next Thursday/Friday. The temperature is forecast to stay around freezing for a couple of days, so it should stay on the ground for a while.
That should be enough to give the Antara a proper test in snowy conditions.
Always assuming the forecast is correct of course.
I'll need to get the Snow Blower serviced ready for the big event.
Over here in Saudi it's Winter too - easy to tell by the hellish low temperatures of high 20s in the compound and the fact that we had a bit of a breeze by the pool today ...

Well the forecast of 8 inches of snow has turned out to be a bit of a bust. Just a bit of light sleet at the moment.
Very windy overnight, but no damage to the house, outbuildings or trees. Despite the wind and heavy rain I found no water had made it through the windows or doors, so no problems this morning.
If I had a passport I might be off to Gran Canaria myself. As it is, I suppose I'll just have to make do with a good old Highland winter.
All these jokes I hear about Scots being allergic to sunlight lol. Mother-in-law just come back as her sister lives out there and one of her neighbours is Scottish.
