Hi folks, hope all are well.

Just looking for some help, I am looking to buy a retractable luggage cover for my 12 plate Antara,I've go some quotes from the vauxhall dealers in my area but their quite high, I've seen one at a breakers yard online but its came from a 2011 model, would it find into my 2012 car is there any size or fitting differences between the 2011 & 2012,if not I'll look to buy it as its in good condition and reasonably priced

Speaking of retractable load covers, has any else had problems with the retractable feature occassionally forgetting that its suppose to 'retract'

Mine went through a brief period of not retracting, or retracting very slowly, almost reluctantly, as though it were trying to wind me up.

It seems ok at the minute, but I wondered if the springs inside the mechanism had got dirt in them or something?

I know this might not be to your liking what about breakers yards, you might find one and be able to give it a good clean, if you know what i mean

Doesn't bother me about the breakers yard, you said a bit time spent cleaning and it'll look like new. There's one I've seen online at a yard in the midlands but its came from a 2011 plate, no sure if it'll fit or if these covers are a standard size just with mine being a 2012 plate,thing is its a bargain cheapest I've seen
