Hi,
Good afternoon people, just after abit of info, I have a 2011 Antara 2.2cdti, I'm looking at changing th rear discs and pads, just wondering how I will get on in regards to the electronic handbrake?

All my previous cars have used a normal handbrake lever but mine has a button, do it just leave the handbrake off before switching engine off? I know some cars with activate the parking brake on there own once engine is switched off,

Any help would be appreciated

I have taken mine off . Just block the front wheels and turn hand brake off . Rear shoes for hand brake are inside the rear disc

Oh yeah cheers, I forgot about the shoes, shouldn't have a problem taking the disc off over the shoes?

I think they had 1 torex bolt holding them on. I had a lot of brake dust in mine from the shoes so we always turn off the brake before we pull away as I think using the auto off must wear the shoes down.
