noise on decelerating

Hi all and Happy New Year to you all. I have noticed that my antara makes an occasional whirring/screeching noise when decelerating/changing down. It seems to happen when the revs are high and only does it now and again. I wondered if anyone has had the same problem?

Hi I have same problem mine only does it now and then but when VX dealer fitter gets in to check it out it doesn't seem to happen

It might be a wheel bearing. Does it sound anything like the noise I had on mine from this youtube clip.

sounds like the turbo or waste gate

I had a similar noise on my car when changing down, it was the clutch release bearing. Vauxhall are aware of this issue, I would mention it to your dealer
