Hi Aceman. Congrats! I bought my car new last year and it has just had its first service. I've only done 8000 miles so far and have no reasons to complain. The "expert" reviews do no do justice to the car. It is comfortable, with decent power and is pretty much fantastic. Not the most economical to drive, but you would expect that for its size. I am sure you will enjoy the car for years to come.
U're welcome Aceman. Make sure you read through the different forums. There is some great advice on accessories etc. One thing most Antara owners seem to do is replacing the stupid gunk-in-a -can tyre repair thingy for an actual spare wheel, which you may find interesting
Hi and welcome.
Welcome to the forum and good luck tomorrow, don't worry about the car the only negatives about it are the dpf and the fuel consumption, everything else is great.

Hi Aceman enjoy your day tomorrow and if you have a family hope they enjoy it to,
For a start the DPF is something that is managed so stop worrying and enjoy driving your car as for consumptions it's a big heavy car, so what do people expect 50 60 100 miles to the gallon like a smart car we wish but it an't gonna happen, what colour and what one are you getting, remember to post pics
Welcome, picked up our Antara on 1 March really pleased with it, I drive it all week, work shopping etc. Hubby drives it at the weekend, towed last week for first time and he was really pleased how it tugged the caravan. We are averaging 35 to the gallon we have the 184 SENav. Only thing I would like to change is the sat nav, it's too low down to read easily, still we didn't chose the car for that.

The SATNAV can be a little slow, I like my Antara it drives well handles well and is comfortable, although the miles per gallon might not what is expected due to the brochures urban, combined miles but non of these things are right, it's a heavy car. All I can say is enjoy it, it's a good. Drive
