Hi and welcome, is your car a Motability Vechical as you say you are disabled if so they should get this sorted if not reject it as it is not fit for purpose and you have given Vauxhall plenty opportunity to fix the problems, trading standards and the local press would be interested why the CEO is not giving you support in replacing the car.

I have a serious issue with my car and need some help.
Even the CEO of Vauxhall don't seem to be bothered about the issue.
