I have been reading up on GM Korea. I am amazed to find that GM Korea's workers are much better paid and have better conditions than GM USA! They are also highly unionized and strike fairly often which shows that union workers can produce quality products unlike wot The Sun tells it like.

The best thing about this video is that the workers are HAPPY IN THEIR WORK. Unlike the miseries on this forum!

That's a bit harsh but then again their are other forums that might have cheerier members if you prefer.

In South Korea if you don't smile when the boss tells you to you will lose your job. So not surprised there are afew smiling faces in the video.

Nobody has to own an Antara, there is no law
They are smiling because they are happy. Obviously. Why are some folk on this forum so cynical? And do you also note the hi-tech robots and tools in the assembly stations. I'm impressed and glad I bought an Antara made in such a factory. If you look up the U tube vid on the Cruze factory in Russia you will notice it is decidedly low tech by comparison. And as someone else has said, why cannot the misleading information under the photo of the Antara be corrected on the front page of the website - made in South Korea, NOT made in Russia?
