Help I have been watching the Tulane for days now, asmy car is having a lifetime cruise (seems like a booze cruze lol) but doubt has been put in my mind about the Tomar my completion date was the 15 March 2013 , I was told by Vauxhall customer services 3May 2013 and then by Evans Halshaw 7th May 2013 but my tracker still says 10th May 2013.
Arrival for the Tulane is 27th April and the arrivals for the Tomar is 5 May? I have now started to watch both, so as they say confused.com
Help me decide what one before I go mad and have to be sectioned.

mine was ready on the 26th feb but didnt get on to a ship until 15 march.so when i ask vx customer service they said they will put a priority on it when it hits the uk.what date did you order your wilma?

Smino, if you are certain that your car was loaded onto a car carrier on or around 15/03/13 then there is absolutely and positively no doubt about which ship your car is on and that ship is the "Tulane".

Why........?


A couple of reasons.......firstly the Tulane was photographed at Incheon Docks on 16/03/13 just before it left......see below

The Tomar didn't dock at Incheon until 28/03/13


Secondly and just as importantly, it usually takes between 10 and 15 days for "discharged" cars to be transported from Bristol to the dealers.


With an arrival date of 05/05/13 for the Tomar and even if it arrives at your dealer in the shortest time frame possible, it will still take them a minimum of a day or two for the dealer to complete the PDI and to register the appropriate paperwork, taking the earliest available date away past your estimated collection date.

Antarius and Simo, My MIND is set

i am with the Tulane all the datesco insidewith that boat stage one was the 8th January but it was delayed untill Febuary then stage two was 15th March 2013, i was phoned by customer service and told arrival for my lovely white car would be 3rd May 2013 (but i do not know if that was port or dealers) but the dealersaid7th May 2013 but theestimatedarrival week is the 10th May 2013 so chaps the Tulane ties in more than the Tomar.Thank John once again for your help my mind is set now
