Just thought I would say "Hi" from Wirral.

Technically I am not an Antara owner yet - as I do not pick it up until Thursday or Friday next week.

We got a great deal on a pre-registered 2WD version with just delivery miles on it. I opted for black

I have driven a Signum for the last 6 years and if the Antara is half as good I will be more than pleased.
I bought it as a tow car for my new Bailey Olympus 530-4

Looking forward to picking it up.

I retired ( early ) about 18 months ago and my wife and I are hoping to spend a little more time in the caravan.

I am also an Administrator on 2 free computer help sites.
If you need advice on laptop / desktop problems just ask I can point you to the site.

( I assume that posting a link would be out of order ? )

Good to be here - and looking forward to "meeting" other owners. Edited by: KenB

Hi Ken and welcome to the crazy forum. I am pretty sure you will enjoy your Antara. It is not without it's niggles like any other car, but most of us believe that the pro's out way the con's.
It's nice to have another south of the border member as we are currently outnumbered.

Hi Ken and welcome along to the forum. Don't worry about the fact that you aren't quite an Antara owner, most but not all of us have been in your position not so long ago.

Apart from being an Antara owner in the not so distant future, you'll be in good company as many of the members have their own caravans and from what I've read, they are well impressed with their Antara in that regard.

I really can't see why you can't post a link to the computer websites as we all tend to post links to funny videos, news stories and products. I would suggest that you do so in the "Off Topic" section and if there is a problem, our "leader" (Dan) will sort it out. Just remember and post a link to us on your websites

Hi Antarius and thank you too for the kind welcome.

I only mentioned the help sites as I know many people take their computers to technicians and get charged a lot for their trouble.

I also know that some sites do not like advertising - this is why I didn't post any links.

Too much about PC help sites - Back to cars

I am glad to hear that many hear consider the Antara a good tow car.
I will post my opinions when I have taken the caravan out for a ride.

Welcome to the forum Ken.

You will keep our neighbours from south of the boarder very happy they are feeling a bit out numbered with all us scottish members. I think you might be the first scouse member on here

As Antarius says feel free to post a link to your pc forum in the off topic section I'm sure it will come in handy for some of the guys.

Hi to Wirral!

It's good to have you with us Ken. Just pull up a chair, have a
and enjoy the chat.

With respect to you putting a link to your sites, I doubt very much if that would be considered impropper - you are not really competing with this forum and, being free, it could not be classed as commercial advertising. I am sure an admin. can keep us right on that score though.

Welcome aboard!
