Headlight adjustment

Hi all,I decided i'm fed up with the yellow H7s and changed them. First of all, it's not as easy as the manual says, it takes time and effort, and those small plastic clips holding the grill just love to crack (luckily they are easy to replace).
So i installed Crystal vision, and the effect is nice, but I notice that the headlight is a bit not aligned. So before taking the same route again and disassembling the grill and headlight, I need some advice.
My question to all (unfortunate) people that had to change the bulbs, how are the headlight adjusted? Are they screws to play with are they easily accessible?
