Handsfree Quality

Hi Guys, I've got this year's Nav SE and am finding the quality of the handsfree phoneto be poor.I find it difficult to hear people but more so people complain of excessive background noise when I'm speaking.
Anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it?

my SENAV is just over a year old now and yes the hands free can be a bite rubbish depends on the reception as well as it has a hang up an accents so it is frustrating, what i have done if just vent my anger and frustration at it through shouting obscenities yip it helps clear the air

I have the same car as a colleague and when I speak to him it's dreadful. But anyone else and it's fine. I keep telling him it's his phone. I use a Blackberry and an iphone on there and can't really complain. His previous car was dreadful too - same phone. He doesn't seem to be putting two and two together.

I'm using an iphone 5 and I plug it into the usb but the quality that people I'm having conversations with is poor. My wife rates it as 4/10. I've ordered the Jabra Cruiser2 as recommended by Antara Kev so i'll let you know how I get on with it!
