Not sure if anyone has done this before - I dida search and came up with nothing.

Like I said I'm not sure if anyone has these and has tried to load them onto their Antara SatNav but it's worth a look anyway!

I think you need to take the map chip out of the car and conect it to you PC.

Are you getting excited about collecting you car.

According to the manual, you have to save user POIs onto a USB memory stick

Just above the right knob is a slot, open the cover and take out the disc, its qiute small.

As Inchindown has said I can confirm that you download the POI's to a usb memory stick and upload them to sat nav, you can also put speed cams on as well if you are a member of pocket gps world.

I use other ASC uk

Just remember to format the memory stick as FAT

I have a folder with 2 subfoldes, one for speed cameras and one for my own POIs, you need to delete them every time you upgrade. I found it relatively straight forward to do - there are decent instructions on another vauxhall forum

Any standard stick will work just make sure you format it as FAT first otherwise it will not be recognised

Tried the site but you have to pay for speed camera downloads.also how do you find out what sat nav system you have in your Antara

Hi Wilma, to put the speed camera s on the sat nav you download ASC files and in the part where is says make of sat nav you select other.Its only 19.95 I think for a years updates and they update every two weeks. I use it and now find it quite easy to update after another member showed me how to do it as you have to have it set up with the right files on usb stick.

Hi Wilma,when you put memory stick into computer highlight it on My Computer, right click on it and you will get a box come up. In that box is the command format, when you click on format you will then get the options of what file system you want to format memory stick to just select Fat32.

Wilma, I,m too old to be laughing at you, I had to ask for help originally to get cameras on to Sat Nav.If you need help just ask, if I cant help you I'm sure there are other members on here that can help.
