Having had my first service I pointed out two prblems to the service manager 1. Front drivers seat seamed loose 2.had noticed some white marks on the alloys which looked
like oxidation of the metal. They took photos and sent them to vx. The seat was sorted Within a week and said they will order a new one if it happens again. Just had a call today and after a bit of disscussion with vx the service manager has sorted a new set of alloys which have been approved at a cost of £1900
I like others have had a couple of faults with sensors etc but can only praise the staff at the garage in there efforts to sort
so well done Evanshalshaw blaydon at least one happy customer
Can recommend Evans Halshaw in Bedford, top service from the sales team there, when buying our Antara. We travelled a fair distance to them as our local Now Vauxhall dealer tried giving me a hard sell on a vehicle I didn't want and couldn't afford!
Lost a bit of faith in dealers after that experience - they have recently changed ownership from the previous Monorep setup. Evans Halshaw have definitely restored some faith for me though.
