I need to replace my 2015 Antara Battary, but I've been told that I need to get any new one registered with the ECU.
So I'd appreciate any info. on whether my 2.2 cdti SE Nav S/s has an Inteliiigent Battery Sensoras. If it has then updateting the ECU is important to maintain the Batterys full performance.
I've called a couple of Vauxhall Dealers,one said he'd never heard of the process the other said yes it was necessary.
So, who's right?

I have a 2013 antara and replaced the battery with another , no problem whatsoever.

if it did have that system fitted on the 2015 car, which i highly doubt, the battery would state on it that it needed to be replaced with the same .
