To be honest Ray, the panoramic sunroof that I had on my Ford Kuga was my most hated feature. One warm days and with the sun beating down, it made the cabin uncomfortably warm.
Fortunately Ford in their wisdom fitted a "blind" and "shutter" system where the whole roof could be covered from within the cabin and that worked quite well.
Given the choice at no expense to myself, I would choose not to have a panoramic sunroof.
My last car was a Peugeot 407 sw (estate) it had a full length panoramic roof with an electronic blind. Over the 4yrs of owning it, I probably only used a couple of dozen times at the most. I would never have it as an option, but would love a tilt &slide sunroof. The only downside is that it reduces your headroom.
