Oh how the other half live with their flash private plates.

I'm hoping to get Mrs Dilligaf a private plate but waiting until her insurance expires in July as they charge to change your policy mid way. Only spending £250.

I already got my eye on one and it's for the month and year she was born and her initials. I was going to do mine in March but a bit more difficult as I only have 2 initials so have 11 moths to search as I don't want to spend to much.

Busted !!!

Now that you have actually mentioned it, there must be some advantages

Dinner could be ready in half the time but then again, the number of "headache" tablets would double

our Antara is 10 weeks old (63) , and over that period we have noticed condensation inside all the time .new years eve it was left on the drive ,which is at a slight angle facing down the slop .my wife went to get in it this morning 02/01/14 and the foot well was swimming in water ,took back to Vauxhall and they gave us an Adam with less than 1000 miles on clock .which when got home and put in reverse the gear linkage came apart so couldn't go any where and strong clutch smell .dealer called AA and when they came out they said clutch was shot(fantastic). Later got a call from dealer SLM telling us that it was our fault that the car was full of water and that we would have to pay for the car to be dried out. Now some where is a leak and Vauxhall are trying to blame us saying thatwe must of driventhe Antara through some really deep water .I assured the dealership that we hadn't been any where near water that was deeper than about 2" deep .They said that they had pressure tested the car but if you can simulate a whole day of rain in a garage then it must be true about pigs being able to fly and me being a monkey's uncle. If the people testing for leaks think that a couple of minutes with a jet washis ample effort then think again.

Where do we go now with this.

That doesnt sound good Chalton, I would certainly persue VX to look into this more. What footwell was swimming in water? Are there any signe where it may have been running down trim etc?
I had a Peugeot 307sw years ago it did this in the passenger footwell. It turned out a rubber grommet was missing where the steering column would come through if it was left hand drive!!
If you are a member of AA or RAC contact them and seek advice as well. Let VX know this is also course of action you are willing to take.
