Changing the time on A-Sure Sat Nav

I had never gave it much thought but a fellow member of the forum had asked me how to change the time after replacing the factory fitted head unit, cd30. I replaced mine with one of these

There are not much instructions with it so after an hour of playing here is the way to change the time or anything else in the system menu

1...Press SRC
2...On the top left you will see a small "setup" tab, press this
3...then press the info tab
4... Press help
5...this opens the BC screen, select set and this brings up the system menu as if you had the old system fitted, use the arrows to move around etc.
