Ever wondered how your Antara got from the dockside at Incheon onto the ship that will transport it to the UK ?

Well here is a demonstration (not of Antara) of how it is done......quite incredibly it is done with whistles

Guess the engine running in phase is done during loading on the ship then !!

These ships hold anywhere between 5000 and 8000 cars and given the sheer numbers and the speed that you mentioned, accidents have got to happen.


I wonder how they explain that to the customer ?



"I'm sorry Sir/Madam.....there is a delay on your car being delivered as it was involved in a crash while being loaded but don't worry....we'll get the damage repaired"

That is a really goodvideo, but gets youworried at the same time,

they do seem to go at some speed, and they are really close toone another. No doubt about it i would be like Brian84 andlookfor a space that noothercar is close to mine, it must take themhourstoload

Its a wee bit like trying to park at the St Enochs Centre

yeah so if it docks in uk on 27th and the dealer says "oh im sorry but theres a delay at the dock side" your car wont be with us until 25th may.you know its in the accident shop for paint

They could also just say that your car wasn't on the Tulane after all and to expect it after the Tomar docks

Now that we have discussed that possibility, it had better be on the Tulane
