Hi Guys, Is there an easy way to display the current engine temperature or if not, could I fit a guage and sender from an accessory store.Cheers

Don't think there is a way to display temperature. There are plenty water temperature gauges for sale, I'm sure 1 will fit.

You could use a cheap code reader it should give temp reading and others.
I will connect mine when I get a chance and see what else it gives.
