Is there a guide online for replacing the automatic gearbox fluid and the transfer box oil .. 2008 2.0L diesel 4wd thanks

There's a guide on Youtube for the Captiva which is the same.

Your transmission is known as AW55-50SN or AW55-51SN.

Can also be known as AF23, AF33 or AF33-5 in GM vehicles.

Fluid is Aisin Warner JWS 3309 Gear Oil
