Hi

I might be missing something obvious here, thumbing through the handbook hasn't enlightened me.

How do I check the transmission oil level, no sign of a dipstick in engine bay.

I've noticed a slight slipping when licking down at 75mph, just wanted to check level before booking in for a check.

Many Thanks

Tony

Don't know if the 2.2 is the same gearbox as the 2.0, if it is there is a little green dipstick beside the central front engine mount held in by a 12mm bolt. extract the bolt and dipstick, there are hot and cold reading levels on it.

2.2 Auto is different than the 2.0.

Depends on what version of the gearbox you have, I have a 6T50 Gearbox, it has a filler cap / dip stick, but you cannot get to it, until you have removed the monster truck battery !
