Got a bit of a surprise when I got up this morning.
Around 3 inches of snow on my garden. That's the most snow we've had up here in Ross-shire all winter. Will need to take the Antara out for a spin before it melts.

Here's how my garden looks this morning.

Looks great. Bet you can't wait to get the Antara out in it.
Unfortunately by the time I went out, the roads were totally clear. The rest of the snow on the fields was well on the way to a thaw. So nothing bad enough to cause the Antara any difficulties.

On the way back from getting the paper, I drove up a really rough, muddy farm track and the Antara did just fine in the slippery conditions. Only thing I noticed was the car was bottoming out at times. Had a good look round back at home and found no damage. I think it was the bottom skirt of the front spoiler which was hitting the ground in places. That seems to be the lowest point of the car. It wasn't damaged though, so it can't have been a very hard contact with the ground.

Looks like I'll have to wait 'till next winter to really give the Antara some snow time.

Here's a couple of minutes of the Antara on the rough muddy track this morning. Video doesn't really do justice as to how steep the first part of track is.

The video is from my in-car mounted video camera and the music is what was playing in my car at the time rather than something I added afterwards.

If you come to Scotland and find the weather is not too good, just wait a wee while and I'm sure it will get better.
After all that snow this morning, this is what my garden looks like now.
