Hi all. My 65 plate Antara has developed this fault. The spanner light came on and the engine suddenly began to over rev and the car sped up. Put my foot on the brake and it stopped. Touch tne acc and away it went again. RAC diagnosed and accelerator pedal sensor. So I had that fixed with a new unit. I then did 30 miles and the same fault happened again. RAC diagnosis - no accelerator fault now but showings an injector sensor problem. Does anyone have any ideas on this as surley both faults would have shown up on tne original diagnostics? Help!

Get the vehicle scanned with a Vauxhall-compatible scan tool. RAC often uses Snap-On Solus scanners and they can miss Vauxhall (or GM) specific fault codes.
