And I would drive 500 miles and I would drive 500 more...

Picked mine up about two weeks ago, drove from Hampshire to Devon, then up to the Lake District, and back again, 1000 miles over five days.

It behaved impeccably, haven't noticed a regen, I guess it's done one or two, a fine drive.

It seemed to need to learn to live, a few little niggles somehow cured themselves over the first few days..

Welcome to the forum. Glad you like your Antara. What niggles were you getting?.
Thanks for the welcome, small things.

The passenger seat belt warning didn't come on when a passenger sat down, then it came on sometimes, now it's fine.

The first time I filled the tank, the gauge took a day to rise to full, the next time it went straight up.

The A/C turned itself off now and then for no apparent reason, now it seems fine.

I'm well happy so far, it's an SE NAV manual 4X4 163 in black with platinum interior, was worried it may look a bit leary after I'd ordered it, but loved it when I first saw it parked in pride of place in the showroom doorway.

I'll put some up, soon as I've got the hang of what's where.

On the "fellow Antara driver", I spotted just 2 on my 1000 mile round trip, I quite like that, a zillion Qashqais, Kugas, LR's etc, oh and a further black one on a transporter heading North.
The issue with the A/C and auto mode will turn itself off if you move the airflow direction or if in Auto you increase the temp it will go off automatically. It does have a few strange things that take a bit of getting used to.

Glad things are good now.
Mmm, thanks, could be the case although I don't remember touching anything, I was edging through a gap about an inch wider than the car with my pristine one day old paintwork, between a rough stone wall and a parked van, when the windscreen suddenly fogged up.

I expounded a suitable expletive, calmed down and found the A/C had switched off, waited a bit and successfully completed the challenge.

Now that I know, I'm ready for that button..
