Hi volrider,At the very beginning also I didn't get the P200A fault Code ... (My car is behaving like this since it was brand new. The OPEL Authorized Dealer acknowledged the problem but cannot get it fixed during the warranty time)
Not quite sure about the EGR.
As the issue is gone when I disable the swirl actuator (blocking the vacuum hose in front of the actuator before starting the engine), I'm suspecting the feedback signal sent by actuator to ECU or the control signal sent by ECU to the IMRC tuning Valve. I'll try to check the signals trends to see which one is triggering these hiccups.

My Antara diesel will not start hot and after months of pain and research the 3rd Vauxhall dealer I went to says it has a permanent P200A code error pointing to the intake manifold runner. Nothing else is wrong with the car only its does not hot start so what needs to be replaced even the dealer techincan had no idea ?
