Immobiliser and ecu

Hi all,

I am really in need of some help. My antara has now been sat for 6 weeks as I am unable to start it.

The car will turn over and stop almost immediately, when you try to start it again the immobiliser lock light comes on. If you leave it for about 15 minutes the whole process starts all over again.

I have had mechanics, auto locksmiths and auto electricians come and look at it. The locksmiths have said there is nothing wrong with the keys and the electricians have differing views from the ecu to the airbag control module.

If anyone has any ideas I would be eternally grateful.

Sounds like it is something to do with the immobiliser. Could be a trip to the main dealer to sort, they will probably put it on their machine and tell you what is immobilizing the car.
