Found this on the internet looks like no more Chevrolet but Vauxhall/Opel ok
Chevrolet-branded vehicles are sold in most automotive markets worldwide, with the notable exception of Oceania, where GM is represented by their Australian subsidiary, Holden. In 2005, Chevrolet was relaunched in Europe, primarily selling vehicles built by GM Daewoo of South Korea with the tagline "Daewoo has grown up enough to become Chevrolet", a move rooted in General Motors' attempt to built a global brand around Chevrolet. With the reintroduction of Chevrolet to Europe, GM intends for Chevrolet to be a mainstream value brand, while GM's traditional European standard-bearers, Opel of Germany, and Vauxhall of Great Britain will be moved upmarket. However, GM reversed this move in late 2013, announcing that the brand would be withdrawn from Europe, with the exception of the Camaro, and Corvette. in 2016. After General Motors fully acquired GM Daewoo in 2011 to create GM Korea, the last usage of the Daewoo automotive brand was discontinued in its native South Korea and succeeded by Chevrolet.

I've only ever driven two Chevrolet branded cars, and they were both terrible. From the above comments, the Captiva is obviously better than the junk I suffered.
First was a Matiz... so slow that I couldn't get up the momentum to overtake an ice cream van downhill on a dual carriageway.
Second was a Kalos, again, dangerously underpowered. Had to drive back fro Bradford in the thing, no acceleration at all, 0-60 was in hours, not seconds.

Yes I have thoughts the chevrolet is a really good SUV my husband has never had any problems with his and he has had his since April 2012 no DPF it does it automatically it has the proper DRL'sthe seven seats are good for the larger family, I also admit his seats are comfier than mine, I also think the chevrolet looks the part when it has all it's side steps body kit, so it will be a loss to the SUV sector for the as well it was an other affordable large car
Dilligaf were did you see this information about the chevrolet Edited by: wilma08

|Dilligaf||Apparently GM have announced that they will pull the Chevrolet brand out of Europe and concentrate more on Vauxhall and Opel brands. Any thoughts ?|
