From the OM:

Restart of the engine by the
stop-start system
If one of the following conditions
occurs during an Autostop, the
engine will be restarted automatically
by the stop-start system.
* The stop-start system is manually
deactivated
* the bonnet is opened
* the driver's seat belt is unfastened
and the driver's door is opened
* the engine temperature is too low
* the charging level of the battery is
below a defined level
* the brake vacuum is not sufficient
* the vehicle starts to move
* the defrosting function is activated
* the climate control system requests
an engine start
* the air conditioning is manually
switched on
If an electrical accessory, e.g. a
portable CD player, is connected to
the power outlet, a brief power drop
during restart might be noticeable.

The engine won't stop until the gear lever is in Neutral and the clutch released. To put it back in gear you would have to press the clutch first and that would start the engine.

Mine does this, but its out of gear at the time. Start stop goes to stop. Then restarts after a bit even if Im still stood stable at traffic lights. I dont think Ive done anything while its off to encourage the start back up...

Weird.

As Dulac posted above, there's a number of reasons why it would restart but are you sitting with your foot on the brake? If so then the vacuum supply could be getting diminished and the engine will automatically restart. They used to build cars with vacuum reservoir tanks so you had a fair amount in reserve but as far as I can see on the Antara the pipe goes over from the vacuum pump to the servo and there's no signs of any reserve.
