Not in North West but just had my two year service (30k on clock) and vauxhall Pentagon price £299 with body warranty check (£29 if check done separately). Seems like Vauxhaal garages can charge what they like. Most however have a price match guarantee so if you get a quote from an independent specialist (using genuine parts) they will probably price match. I did this using an email from independent as evidence.

My 1st service was £109 but I supplied my own oil.

That was Arnold Clark. Got 15% making it £333 and have asked to reduce this by £60 if I use my own oil.
Making it £273

They have agreed £273 for a 2 yr/40k service, if I bring my own dexos2 engine oil. Result.
Apparently spares are expensive for the Antara.

I purchased my Antara (pre-reg 64 auto) in March and have the Lifetime warranty with it so have to keep it main dealer serviced. I enquired about a service plan at my local Arnold Clark retailer and insisted on manufacturer servicing and parts so the warranty would be renewed annually on presentation of the certificate from Vauxhall along with my logbook. They quoted me £742 for the first three services, a brake fluid change at 3 yearsplus the first MOT but if I bought a service plan it would be £419. Needless to say I bought the plan after I assured them I would only accept a Vauxhall service sheet with my documentation. I was assured that only original parts would be used and this was backed up by a technician I know who works there and knows I am a fussy pain in the backside. Give them a try.

Good luck with the AC service plan. Lets hope they will do all the required checks / replacements / updates during the course of the plan and use the correct oil spec.
