Hi Everyone

I'm selling the race chip I bought for my Antara 1 month ago from race chip.com. The chip is excellent but the Antara is having to go due to the amount of DPFs its doing.

The side steps are also 1 month old and bought from ebay from JJB (I think). I could look at the cost of posting them but meet and pick up would probably be better.

I also have for sale a plastic moulded boot protector and carpet insert along with the cabin carpet mats, still in excellent condition.

If anyone would like to give my a genuine offer for them please let me know.

Ps. Still have original packaging for the race chip.

Hi Brian,

Where do you live? Also what's your asking price for the side bars?

Cheers,

Rob

hi Grumps

It is a shame but I cant take anymore DPFs, they're constant at the moment and once again according to Vauxhall this is normal operating mode, but to have 6 dpfs in two weeks was a joke and even yesterday which was the final straw I took my mum to Braehead Shopping Centre when I left the driveway the computer was reading that I had 230 miles of fuel (tonnes for a journey of 15 miles each way) but half way in the dpf started and ended up pulling into the car park at braehead with the heat belching from the car and the fans running for the screen to say that I only had 130 miles left then one the way home another dpf took place so I was stuck in traffic with the computer reading 40 miles left. Unfortunately I've decided that the car dosen't suit my needs, I need a car which is good with fuel and can take my junk.

The Antara is still a very good car but I just can't afford to run it now. So tomorrow I'm going to order the new Skoda Octavia Estate 1.6 tdi so thats hopefully giving me 70mpg so here's hoping. I'll still be on this if am welcome to keep a wee eye on everyone lol

It would be cheaper to have the DPF removed & remapped.

Banned for being an ignorant ****..
