Some countries do have 4yr mot .why not us

I'm all for it, all the stats in the article point to this being the right way to go, especially when it's already in practice in Northern Ireland which is part of the UK.

I used to work in the the Isle of Man and they have no MOT although I wouldn't go that far. They were talking about making classic cars and motorcycles exempt on the basis that they are all well maintained and cared for,but all the scallies would just go out and buy them and run them in a dangerous condition.Edited by: chrisg
