From this site:http://www.motor1.com/news/98072/opels-upcoming-c-segment-cuv-possibly-speid/

Opel's C-segment CUV doesn't yet have a name, but it is likely just one part of the company's updated range of crossovers. The Mokka is already a success, and multiple batches of spy photos show the future Meriva's development. This model would be larger than both of them.

Don't think that it looks like the replacement for the Antara. It looks to me as though it maybe the new crossover to replace the Meriva or possibly the new Mokka X due out the end of this year.

The Antara replacement will be the full size SUV based on the Epsilon 2 platform that it will share with the new Insignia.

If they don't include a Hybrid in the range it ain't going nowhere.
ChrisJ made a good job of future-proofing his vehicle with the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.

The jury is still out on hybrid SUVs, none have been out long enough yet to prove their long term viability.

So far, none exactly stand out as towcars, with towing limits on the low side for the size of car. And their fuel consumption is nothing to shout about unless your typical journey is not much further than their electric range.

The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is their best selling SUV. Toyota is selling the RAV4 at list price because they can't keep up with the demand for them. Hardly a case for the jury still being out.

As regards long term reliability, Toyota have been selling hybrids since 1997 and many of their 5 and 7 seat taxis in the Far East have done over a million miles so there's no question over their performance.

Don't know anything about caravans so I'll leave that to the towing guys.

A small radiator grille with reduced natural cooling capacity. Could this be a hybrid?

Article in Daily Mirror seems to confirm that the photo above is the new Mokka X due to go on sale next month. Quote from article:-<div style="line-height: 19.6px;">

<div style="line-height: 19.6px;">"Prices from 17590 for petrol and 19515 for diesel models. Essentially a heavily facelifted Mokka. All future Vauxhall SUVs will have the letter X in their names. New dashboard with either 7 or 8 inch touchscreens with connectivity to Onstar and Apple CarPlay. Four and two wheel drive versions with a selection of engines and other range of options like the LED headlights debuted on the Astra last year."
<div style="line-height: 19.6px;">

<div style="line-height: 19.6px;">Seems that this confirms the article I posted earlier in this thread and maybe the "New Antara" will be the "Omega X" ?
