Well took my Antara down for it's MOT yesterday went through no problems and no advisory's well happy

2012 Antara 2.2cdti 163ps Awd SE Nav Auto in Smokey eye Grey with light Titanium interior. With 19 full size matching spare.
Towing a Bailey Pegasus 554m.t.p.l.m. 1492kg

Yes its always a relief to get through unscathed! I wouldn't worry too much about my Angara but last week I had to put my mk1 mx5 through, now that was nerve racking, they do suffer a little with the tin worm, but unbelievably it also passed with no advisories!

Congrats on that BJS, always good to get the ticket for another year and no advisories is a definite plus. Mines will be due its first MOT next October so I'll need to be underneath it in summer and get it checked out, especially those rear £300 each shock absorbers

When I was looking to buy the antara several months ago I did notice looking through the mot histories that there were a lot of shock absorber failures due to leakage.

Aye but that's for used shockers BJS and I'll bet they don't have any in stock. Have you seen the price of some of their other stuff? They charge like the Gordon Highlanders.

I was only looking on the internet and found these. I was more concerned about them being for the self levelling type. But yes looking into them more it's a none starter

BJS - did WJK do your MOT and are you in the Service Club?

2015 2.2 CDTi SENav 163ps manual 4x4 in Carbon Flash with 19\" alloy spare towing a Bailey Unicorn III Madrid @ 1500kg.
